Rio was built by the Portuguese in the mid 16th century on the edge of Guanabara Bay. Sail to see the most beautiful landscape of Rio from the largest bay of the world in volume of water. It has several islands - Governor’s island, Fundao and Snakes island.
On the west side is Rio de Janeiro, and east is the municipal district of Niteroi. A vision of the city is discovered with "Marina Da Gloria" and the neighborhoods of Botafogo, Flamengo and Urca, among others.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates
Currently, all travelers arriving in Brazil by air must provide all of the following documentation:
- A negative Covid-19 Antigen test within 24 hours of flight departure OR a negative Covid-19 Laboratory RT-PCR test within 72 hours of flight.
- Proof of vaccination for applicable ages - either printed or electronic - of immunization approved by ANVISA, WHO or health authorities in the country where immunized - whose last dose has occurred at least 14 days before the flight departure. Some exeptions apply for specific circumstances and anyone declared exempt must quarantine for 14 days.
- Must present to airline before boarding printed or electronic proof of filling out the "Travelers Health Declaration" within a maximum of 24 hours before the flight.

Itinerary
After being picked up at your hotel, you will be driven to Marina da Gloria to board the boat. From the Bay, you will have the opportunity to see the Museum of Tomorrow (Museu do Amanhã), built by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. As you go on and cross under the Rio-Niteroi Bridge, you can see the neighborhood of Santa Teresa, the Santos Dumont airport and the three forts that were built to protect the city - the São João Fort, Lajes Fort and Santa Cruz Fort. On the other side of the bridge is the city of Niteroi, and from here you will get a great view of Rio de Janeiro. Take your time for some mental snapshots of beautiful Rio...and actual snapshots to show to friends and family.
A cash bar is available on the schooner, where you can buy caipirinhas and others alcoholic drinks or sodas and water. But season tropical fruits, such as watermelon and pineapples, are offered for free!
After heading back to the dock, you will drive back through Aterro do Flamengo from where you can see the beautiful Sugar Loaf in all its glory, before arriving at a traditional barbeque lunch - all you can eat style. Brazilian Churrascarias (barbeque restaurants) offer a wide variety of sides and alternative options, so if you need a vegetarian option, you will still leave delighted. After this delicious lunch, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
