This tour begins with a panoramic drive through downtown Rio, passing by the Sambodrome and the Metropolitan Cathedral in pyramid form with an internal diameter of 96 meters and height of 80 meters. You will see the traditional Cinelândia Square with its historical buildings - the Municipal Theater, the National Library, and the National Museum of Fine Arts.

By taking the Aterro do Flamengo, we will take you to the neighborhood of Urca where one of the largest symbols of the city is located: the Sugar Loaf. This visit is made in two steps by cable car. The first cable car takes passengers to Urca Hill which is 215 meters high and from where one can have a beautiful view from the Guanabara Bay and its islands, the Rio-Niteró Bridge and Corcovado hill. From this stage, a second cable car will be taken up to the top to find a splendid view of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and some of the beaches of Niteró.

MUST BE ORDERED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE TOUR DATE. This tour includes free hotel pick-up and drop-off at many Rio de Janeiro Hotels and at the Cruise Ship Port. Child rate applies to children ages 2 to 12 accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 2 are free. Lunch is NOT included in this tour. Rates are per person in US dollars and include tax. This tour is not wheelchair-friendly. Reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-719-6035. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
